Dues Structure (Adopted 6-22-05)
HMA Manufactures and/or Paver (HMP) Membership Dues are based on total tonnage produced or purchased under the following conditions:
A. All hot mix asphalt produced and placed by HMP Member.
B. When a HMP Member purchases mix from an asphalt plant owned
by a HMP Member, the owner of the plant producing the mix shall
pay the dues for that tonnage.
C. When a HMP Member purchases mix from a non-member or an
affiliate member, the HMP Member Contractor shall pay the dues for
that tonnage.
D. When a non-member obtains mix from a member, the HMP Member
shall pay the fee.
E. A discount of 1%, of invoice, is allowed if dues are paid within
30 days after the billing is received.
Tonnage Totals From - To $ Per Ton
First 100,000 $ .05
All Tonnage Above 100,000 $.045
No Cap on Tonnage.
Minimum Annual Dues - $500.00
1% early payment discount if invoice is paid within 30 days
of the invoice date.
