Individuals or companies who are suppliers, manufacturers, service companies related to the asphalt pavement industry, and other highway industry contractors. Annual Dues are $500 per year and must accompany the application.

Companies who supply liquid asphalt used in the manufacturing of Hot Mix Asphalt.
